These terms apply to the Board Certification Diplomate Course in Men's Health and to your use of this learning platform.

  1. Course fee and payment

    The standard fee payable for the course is SGD 7,000 in a single payment. Candidates who need an alternative payment arrangement may write to the Office of Education at contact@menshealtheducenter.com. Requests are considered case by case.

  2. Agreement

    This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is between the Office of Education, Institute for Men's Health ("we", "us", "our" or "OEIMH") and you ("you" or "your"). It governs your use of menshealtheducenter.com and learn.menshealtheducenter.com (the "Site"), together with all information, content, products, materials and services made available to you through the Site by us and/or third parties (collectively, the "Services").

  3. What "use" means

    "Use" of the Services means any actual or attempted access to or use of the Services, including any transmission, exchange of information or communication associated with them.

  4. Entire agreement

    These terms, together with the terms of use of other OEIMH owned or controlled websites and any other policies, rules and provisions referred to in or linked from this Agreement, form the entire agreement between you and us. They supersede all prior or inconsistent understandings, representations or agreements about the Services.

  5. Changes to the Services and these terms

    We may add, delete or modify any of our Services at any time at our sole discretion, and may change these terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on the Site. If you use the Services after the terms have changed, we will treat that use as acceptance of the updated terms. If a change is not acceptable to you, you must stop using the Services. A current copy of these terms is always available on the Site.

  6. Third-party content

    You must also comply with any additional terms that apply to third-party content, materials, information, software or other services made available through the Site.

  7. Acceptance

    By using or otherwise accessing the Services, or any part of them, you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
